She is known as a sort of “voice whisperer”
— The Times

A huge welcome

i am a very experienced LONDON-BASED SINGING TEACHER AND VOCAL COACH (Greenwich se10 9tb)

To find out about me and what to expect from a singing lesson, please watch the explanatory video above. I work with people at every level, from absolute beginner to seasoned professionals, with a minimum age of 11-years old.

Here are some quick links to get to the important matters of my credentials and information about fees and location. Essentially, alongside being a singing teacher, I am a professional singer, voice researcher with a Masters in Vocal Pedagogy.

If you are a beginner and feeling anxious about having lessons (which is very common), my self-paced, online singing course Singing Detective might provide you with some handy tools to boost your confidence. All existing clients undertaking 1-2-1 singing lessons with me can purchase the course at a hugely discounted £49.50, which includes downloadable warm-ups and exercises. Just ask me for your personal code.

My clients come from all over the world; I have helped actors, dancers, business professionals, teachers and ‘ordinary’ curious people, to find their singing voices. My clients get opportunities to write and record their own songs and to perform in regular concerts in a beautiful little theatre in Covent Garden.

I have recently passed my exam to gain a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience and Voice facilitated by Associate Professor Heidi Moss-Erickson through the Voice Study Centre and am also proud to say that I achieved a distinction in the ITOL Certificate of Voice Pedagogy a gruelling 40-hour practical course delivered by esteemed voice scientist, Kerrie Obert (the Voice Study Centre & Ohio State University). I love learning about the voice and my practice is underpinned by scientific evidence and published research. I maintain a focus on the core elements of vocal technique (breathing, posture, vocal placement and tonal quality) and performance psychology, allowing my clients to develop as artists, musicians and performers.
